Notice of Privacy & Politics

This document contains the guidelines, policies, and procedures that are applied to protect the information of clients and suppliers of my represented company INT INTELLIGENCE AND TELECOM TECHNOLOGIES MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter INT) in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The information concerning legal entities and/or individuals in the possession of INT, such as: Surname, Second surname, Name(s), Date of Birth, Resume, identification, contact details as a shareholder, partner, advisor, director, official, or employee of a legal entity, statistics, corporate image, operational history, subsidiaries, affiliates, credit and/or financial information, commercial relationships; will have the sole purpose of forming files that allow us to facilitate commercial relationships with our clients and suppliers.

The data are collected in a lawful and informed manner and may not be transferred to any third party, ensuring their confidentiality, physical security, and the establishment of procedures to follow in case of breaches. Any data obtained through Clients, third parties, or public access sources will be treated with the same purpose for which they were collected by the original responsible party or parties and with the same purpose described in this Notice.

The responsible parties for the processing and safeguarding of your personal data will be the Legal Representatives, Simón Fernando Ocotitla García and/or Tomás Vivaldo Velázquez, who will be responsible for collecting personal data, as well as for its use and protection, indicating as their address the one located at Rodolfo Emerson N° 315, Col. Chapultepec Morales, Del. Miguel Hidalgo, C.P 11570, Mexico City. Tel. 55 62672176 to 79.

USE OF INFORMATION

The personal data collected will be used to provide and receive services, products, or to give and receive contracted goods or services, without any limitation.

The collected information will be used only to fulfill the services contracted and for strictly commercial use.

Personal data will not be transferred to different parties, so we commit not to share personal information with any third party.

USER RIGHTS

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data and may exercise, when applicable, the rights of access, rectification (if they are inaccurate or incomplete), cancellation (when it is considered that they are not required for the purposes indicated in this Notice), or revocation and opposition.

In such case, you must send a written request addressed to any of the legal representatives and at the address indicated in the previous paragraphs, such request must include:

I. The name of the holder and address or email where the response to your request will be communicated;

II. Digitized copy of the Holder's Valid Official Identification, and if applicable, power of attorney and Valid Official Identification of the representative of the Holder;

III. The clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and

IV. Any other element or digitized document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

You will receive a response within the 15 business days following the request date, or in case of being not satisfied with the response, you may initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection.

In case you cancel your personal data, you will stop receiving or providing services to INT.

SECURITY AND BREACHES

The data processed by INT or its agents will have a confidential treatment and limited to the purpose for which they are collected, ensuring at all times their physical security, access controls, suitability, and constant maintenance in the facilities and repositories where they are stored.

Any breach of the data or the physical or electronic repositories where they are stored by INT will be notified on its internet page, through mass media, and/or directly to the Data Holder.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE NOTICE

INT reserves the right to make modifications or updates to this notice at any time. These modifications will be notified to the users through a message sent to their email.

COMPLAINTS

You may file any type of complaint before the Federal Institute for Access to Information.

JANUARY 2019. GENERAL INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Guidelines

Intelligence & Telecom recognizes that its own information, that of its clients, and that of third parties with whom it maintains a contractual relationship, is fundamental for the fulfillment of its strategy and organizational objectives and it is essential to carry out its protection; therefore, it issues the following guidelines that together make up the General Information Security Policy, committing to:

1. Ensure the "CONFIDENTIALITY, INTEGRITY, AND AVAILABILITY" of the most valuable asset it possesses, after people, which is information.

2. Identify and protect the information it generates, owns, safeguards, or manages; as well as to avoid its destruction, disclosure, modification, and unauthorized use.

3. Ensure that there are human, material, financial, and technological resources to develop and implement plans and strategies in Information Security.

4. Comply with legal and regulatory compliance, provided by local and federal laws in aspects of information security, in order to prevent misuse of information and protect the good image and reputation of the company.

5. Create, maintain, disseminate, raise awareness, and monitor the application of this policy at all established hierarchical levels.

6. Carry out the required actions to address and follow up on any issue related to Information Security, through the Information Security Committee.

7. Create and hold sessions of the Information Security Committee according to a scheduled calendar and call, in advance, all participants, to attend the agenda of issues related to Information Security.

8. Designate and give the necessary authority to the Information Security Officer (ISO), and provide the necessary support for the performance of their duties.

9. Ensure that all personnel (internal, suppliers, and authorities) possess the necessary knowledge and experience to comply with the established Security Policies.

10. Ensure that all personnel (internal, suppliers, and authorities) know, respect, attend to, and enforce the specific policies derived from this general policy, thus complying with the required level of Information Security within the scope of their functions.

11. Promote a culture of Information Security within the organization, ensuring that all personnel participate and contribute permanently and proactively on issues related to information security.
